Description:
This webinar explores the integration of self-care as a spiritual practice within counseling, emphasizing its role in promoting holistic mental health and resilience. Moving beyond surface-level wellness strategies, this session conceptualizes self-care as a sacred, culturally responsive process rooted in diverse spiritual and religious traditions. Practical strategies will be provided to help clinicians ethically and effectively incorporate spiritually integrated self-care practices into clinical work, enhancing client wellness while honoring cultural and spiritual diversity.
