Everything You Need to Know About the Psychotherapy & Pastoral Counseling Intensive
The ACPE 2026 Annual Conference brings together professionals from across ACPE, including ministers, chaplains, chaplain educators, psychotherapists, and other spiritually integrated practitioners. Because the conference offers a wide range of programming, we’ve created these pages to make it easier for those interested in the Psychotherapy & Pastoral Counseling Intensive to quickly find the information specific to this experience.
From the main ACPE Annual Conference page, you can find exhibitor, schedule, and hotel information and get an overall view of the full conference. You can also view the complete conference schedule by clicking the “View Conference Schedule” button.
For those interested specifically in the Psychotherapy & Pastoral Counseling Intensive, these pages provide all the details you need in one place. Here you’ll find the Intensive registration fee ($459), the classes included in the Intensive, course descriptions, learning objectives, and trainer biographies.

Ready to register? Follow these steps:
(If you have trouble, you can email events@acpe.edu for help and staff will register you.)1. Go to the ACPE 2026 Annual Conference webpage.
Click the “Register Now” button. If you do not already have an ACPE account, you will need to create one before continuing.
2. Review the conference registration page.
Scroll down to the “Admission” section to see the available registration options. You can also review class descriptions further down the page.
Please note: Not all classes listed on the conference page are part of the Psychotherapy & Pastoral Counseling Intensive or eligible for CE credit. The Intensive courses, learning objectives, and trainer biographies are also provided on this website for easy reference.
3. Click the blue “Register” button.
You must click this button before you can select an admission option. Once you do, selection buttons will appear next to the available registration choices.
4. Select the Intensive registration option.
Choose:
“Weekend Psychotherapy/Pastoral Counseling Conference Intensive Only Access – For Select Members Only”
You are also welcome to select additional conference options, including registration for the full ACPE Annual Conference.
5. Complete your registration information.
Answer the required questions and click “Save.”
6. Optional -- Select Workshops.
You can select workshops that you wish to attend during registration, or just skip this and do it when you arrive at the registration check-in desk at the conference. If you wish to maximize your earned CEs for mental health professionals, please select workshops from category "SIP.PC Intensive". You can also click on workshop titles to see the description. The number of CEs available (or not) will be listed at the bottom of the description.
7. Check out and pay.
Click “Check Out & Confirm Registration” to complete your registration and submit payment.
8. Complete checkout.
The cart is populated with the items you choose to buy earlier. Complete your purchase.

Note About Password Managers
If you happen to use a password manager such as 1Password, Proton Pass, or others; please note that several website addresses need to be entered into it as you are passing between different domain names during your registration process. Your password manager will need to contain the following domains in order to properly populate your Username and Password: https://acpe.edu , https://profile.acpe.edu , and https://acpe.imiscloud.com .
