Non-Members: $35 per webinar or $150 for the full Summit

Seneka Gainer, PhD, LMFT

Description:

This webinar introduces the Multiplicative Stewardship Framework as a practical model for integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into spiritually integrated psychotherapy while preserving the integrity of the therapeutic relationship. Grounded in theological principles and counseling theory, the framework conceptualizes care as participatory, relational, and extendable. Participants will learn when and how to use AI to support client reflection, psychoeducation, and spiritual meaning-making between sessions. The session will also address key ethical considerations, including spiritual bypassing, algorithmic bias, and overreliance on technology. Through case-based examples, attendees will leave with concrete strategies for extending care while maintaining empathy, presence, and culturally responsive practice.

Learning Objectives:

As a result of this webinar, participants will be able to

1. Describe the Multiplicative Stewardship Framework as a model for integrating AI into spiritually integrated counseling.

2. Identify ethical risks of AI use in counseling, including spiritual bypassing, algorithmic bias, and overreliance.

3. Apply strategies for using AI to support client reflection, psychoeducation, and spiritual meaning-making between sessions.

4. Explain when and how AI can be appropriately used to support spiritually integrated psychotherapy

5. Evaluate how AI can extend access to care while preserving the therapeutic relationship and client dignity
